Job summary

Amcor, a global packaging leader, seeks a West Coast Account Executive to grow Healthcare North America sales. You will engage with senior customer contacts, develop strategic plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver revenue growth and innovative solutions.

The role supports remote work on the West Coast, requires up to 60% travel, and offers a path to participate in incentive plans and comprehensive benefits, including health, retirement, and tuition programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of outside sales experience within Healthcare or related market.
• West coast-based location preferred (remote work position allowed).
• Self-started, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally to drive business solutions.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• Well-developed negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Innovative with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly and proficiently learn new products and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the GROWTH Plan: Sales & EBITDA of the Healthcare North America business.
• Develop and implement a business plan that supports budget achievement and business segment strategy.
• Build relationships with top-tier customers and potential customers, understanding their business and needs to inform Amcor’s strategies for improved profitability and growth.
• Anticipate market trends and customer needs to position Amcor for a competitive advantage.
• Work within cross-functional teams—including BD, PLM, Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and HR—to meet targets.
• Use and gather market and competition data to identify opportunities for increased market share.
• Suggest and initiate product developments based on customer needs and market surveys; provide information and support to R&D.
• Develop, maintain and execute key account strategy plans to drive growth and innovation.
