Amcor is seeking a West Coast Account Executive to grow the Healthcare North America business, building relationships with key customers and collaborating across functions to meet strategic targets.

You will drive sales growth, analyze market trends, and contribute to product development efforts while leveraging Amcor's extensive capabilities and benefits. Remote-friendly with significant travel expectations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of outside sales experience in Healthcare or related market.
• West coast-based location preferred; remote work position allowed.
• Willing to travel up to 60%.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the GROWTH Plan: Sales & EBITDA of the Healthcare North America business.
• Develop and implement a business plan that supports budget achievement and business segment strategy.
• Build relationships with top-tier customers and potential customers, understanding their business and needs to inform Amcor’s strategies for improved profitability and growth.
• Anticipate market trends and customer needs to position Amcor for a competitive advantage.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet healthcare segment targets.
• Use market data to identify opportunities for increased market share.
• Propose product developments based on customer needs and support R&D for innovations.
• Develop and execute key account strategy plans to drive growth.
