Qualifications

• 7+ years outside sales experience in Healthcare or related market.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• West Coast-based location preferred (remote work).
• Self-starter who is results oriented and works with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the GROWTH Plan: Sales & EBITDA for Healthcare North America.
• Develop and implement a business plan supporting budget and segment strategy.
• Build relationships with top-tier customers and prospects to inform Amcor strategies.
• Anticipate market trends and customer needs to position Amcor competitively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet Healthcare segment targets.
• Use market data to identify opportunities for increased market share.
• Suggest and initiate product developments based on customer needs; support R&D.
• Develop and execute key account strategy plans to drive growth.
