Job summary

Amcor is seeking a West Coast Account Executive to develop new prospects and grow sales for the Healthcare North America line. The role involves engaging with customer contacts at multiple levels, building strategic plans, and leading cross-functional collaboration to achieve growth objectives.

The position supports remote work with a preference for West Coast base, requires up to 60% travel, and offers an incentive structure tied to business performance in addition to comprehensive health

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of outside sales experience within Healthcare or related market.
• West coast-based location preferred (remote work position allowed).
• Self-started, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work cross-functional to drive business solutions.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• Well-developed negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Innovative with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly and proficiently learn new products and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the GROWTH Plan: Sales & EBITDA of the Healthcare North America business.
• Develop and implement a business plan that supports budget achievement and business segment strategy.
• Build relationships with top-tier customers and potential customers, understanding their business and needs to inform Amcor’s strategies for improved profitability and growth.
• Anticipate market trends and customer needs to position Amcor for a competitive advantage.
• Work within cross-functional teams—including Business Development, Product Line Management, Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Human Resources—to meet the Healthcare segment business targets.
• Use and gather market and competition data to identify opportunities for increased market share.
• Suggest and initiate product developments based on customer needs and market surveys; provide information and support to Research & Development for product innovation and development.
• Develop, maintain and execute key account strategy plans to drive growth and innovation.
