Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a West Coast Account Executive to drive growth for the Healthcare North America line. You will develop and execute a business plan, build strategic customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet segment targets.

The role requires 7+ years of outside healthcare sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 60%.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years outside sales experience within Healthcare or related market.
• West Coast-based location preferred (remote work position).
• Self-starter that is results oriented and works with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally to drive business solutions.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• Well-developed negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Innovative with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly and proficiently learn new products and technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the GROWTH Plan: Sales & EBITDA for the Healthcare North America business.
• Develop and implement a business plan that supports budget achievement and the segment strategy.
• Build relationships with top-tier customers and potential customers, understand their business and needs, and use that information to assist in developing Amcor's strategies for improved profitability and growth.
• Anticipate market trends and customer needs to position Amcor with a competitive advantage.
• Work within a cross-functional team including but not limited to Development, Product Line Management, Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Human Resources to meet Healthcare segment targets.
• Use and gather market and competition data to identify opportunities for increased market share.
• Suggest and initiate product developments based on customer needs and market surveys; provide information and support to R&D for product innovation and development.
• Develop, maintain and execute key account strategy plans to drive growth and innovation.
