Job summary

Toll Group in the United States is seeking a Strategic Sales Manager (Hunter) to drive growth across strategic freight forwarding accounts and secure new business opportunities. This role focuses on expanding share of wallet and building high-level customer relationships.

You will lead cross-functional engagement with Commercial, Operations, Product, and Finance to deliver revenue growth, operational excellence, and sustainable partnerships across local and international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Proven track record managing strategic accounts and driving revenue.
• Strong knowledge of international and domestic logistics.
• Experience with Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with objectives.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue within strategic accounts.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and pursue new strategic accounts.
• Lead high-level customer negotiations and contract discussions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Product, and Finance teams.
