Job summary

Halter is seeking a driven Account Manager to join our West Coast team. You’ll own retention, renewals and expansion with existing dairy farm customers, while partnering with product teams to deliver value on the ground.

You’ll travel regularly to farm sites, onboard and train customers, and build trusted relationships that help farmers reach ambitious production and sustainability goals. With 3–5 years in relationship or account management, you’ll combine strong business sense with genuine care

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management or account management with customers.
• 3–5 years in relationship or account management roles.
• Experience in dairy farming or agriculture is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own retention, renewals and expansion targets for regional revenue.
• Ensure farmers extract full value from the company system.
• Renew customer agreements and drive on-farm goals.
• Onboard, train and implement the system on customers’ farms.
• Build genuine relationships with farmers and teams.
• Partner with customers to set goals, timelines and metrics of success.
• Provide timely support for technical or operational challenges.
• Represent the brand and build local networks within the community.
• Advocate for customers with product teams to relay on-ground feedback.
• Provide farmer-centered advice on reproduction, pasture and agronomy.
• Support a positive team environment.
