Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in relationship management/account management roles.
• Experience in dairy farming or within the agriculture sector with a deep passion for helping farmers succeed.
• Strong business and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own the retention, renewals and expansion targets of Halter’s existing revenue in the region.
• Ensure farmers are extracting full value from Halter to achieve their goals.
• Renew customer agreements and expand revenue by adding value in every interaction to drive on-farm goals and performance.
• Support onboarding, training and implementation of the Halter system on customers’ farms.
• Proactively cultivate genuine and trustworthy relationships with farmers, their teams, and families.
• Strategically partner with customers to establish clear business goals, timelines, priorities and metrics of success.
• Provide prompt and effective communication and support to farmers and team members.
• Represent the Halter brand with pride and build strong networks within the community.
• Act as the voice of the customer and provide context to product teams from a farmer’s perspective.
