Job summary

Halter seeks a Business Development Executive for Dairy to drive growth and customer success across farms in Northern Victoria. You will manage end-to-end sales from lead generation to close, build strong relationships, and partner with Product and Support to meet farm needs.

Travel is frequent as you cover key dairy operations; you’ll help scale Halter’s mission to improve productivity and sustainability in farming communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dairy systems or within the agricultural sector.
• Hunter mindset with end-to-end sales cycle experience from lead to close.
• Positive attitude, team player, able to overcome challenges.

Responsibilities

• On-farm sales meetings to understand needs and communicate value.
• Prospecting and building a quality farm pipeline.
• Networking to establish and maintain Halter's brand.
• Forecasting revenue with the team and evolving sales processes.
