Neo4j, Inc. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition for a West Coast remote role with preference for the San Francisco Bay Area.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales processes in data/BI/AI domains.
- Proven ability to independently develop and close new client relationships.
- Knowledge of open-source B2B models, on-premise and cloud/SaaS.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to build a strong pipeline.
- Deliver compelling demos and proposals that articulate business value.
- Position solutions against competitors and highlight advantages.
- Lead complex, solution-based sales cycles and Land & Expand within accounts.
- Manage from prospecting to closing, securing new logos and expanding
- Mentor BDRs and align with marketing to drive pipeline.
