Neo4j, Inc. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across a West Coast territory.

You will own strategic deals from prospecting through close, partnering with solution engineering, marketing, and professional services to maximize value for enterprise customers. You will lead complex sales cycles, articulate the ROI of graph-based data solutions, and expand within accounts using a Land & Expand approach, MEDDIC or Challenger methods, while coaching BDRs and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales.
• Experience managing complex sales processes in enterprise markets (data warehousing, BI, data science, AI/ML).
• Ability to independently develop and close new client relationships while managing long-term engagements.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to build pipeline and hit sales targets.
• Become an expert in Neo4j offerings; deliver demos, presentations and proposals showing business value.
• Lead complex sales cycles with strategic selling and Land & Expand to grow accounts.
• Manage full sales process from prospecting to closing and expand within existing accounts.
• Provide guidance to BDRs and Field Marketing to align on target accounts and pipeline.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and forecasting.
• Develop partnerships with public cloud providers (AWS, Google, Microsoft Azure).
