Neo4j, the graph intelligence platform, seeks a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for a West Coast remote role with preference for SF Bay Area or Pacific Northwest. You will drive strategic sales, manage complex cycles, and partner with engineering, marketing, and services to ensure customer value and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex sales processes within enterprise markets such as Data Warehousing, BI, Data Science, AI/ML.
• Proven ability to independently develop and close new client relationships while managing long-term engagements.
• Deep understanding of commercial open-source business models, including on-premise and cloud/SaaS hybrid solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to build a robust pipeline and hit quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Become an expert in Neo4j product offerings and industry solutions; deliver compelling demos and proposals.
• Position Neo4j as the best fit by highlighting advantages over competitors.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with strategic selling methods (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger).
• Manage end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing; secure new logos; expand within accounts.
