Job summary

Neo4j, Inc. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business in a remote role centered in the Central Time Zone, with a preference for the Greater Chicago area.

You will execute strategic sales plans, lead complex enterprise deals, collaborate with solution engineering, marketing, and services, and manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing while expanding within key accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales.
• Experience managing complex sales processes within enterprise markets such as Data Warehousing, BI, Data Science, AI/ML.
• Knowledge of MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales and experience in fast-paced markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to build a robust pipeline and hit sales objectives.
• Deliver compelling demos and proposals articulating business value.
• Lead complex sales cycles with a solution-based approach and expand accounts.
