Neo4j, Inc. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business in the US, reporting into Enterprise Sales.

This remote role requires base in the Central Time Zone or preference for Greater Chicago area, and offers strong OTE with stock options and annual bonus. You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals in data analytics, AI, and cloud environments, develop territory plans, deliver compelling demos, and collaborate with solution engineering, marketing, and services to

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise software sales with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
Experience managing complex sales processes within enterprise markets such as Data Warehousing, BI, Data Science, AI/ML.
Proven ability to independently develop and close new client relationships while managing long-term engagements.
Deep understanding of commercial open-source business models, including on-premise and cloud & SaaS hybrid solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to build a robust pipeline and achieve sales objectives.
Deliver compelling demos, presentations, and proposals that articulate business value.
Position solutions against competitors and highlight advantages.
Lead complex sales cycles with strategic selling approaches (MEDDIC/Challenger).
Manage end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing and expand within accounts.
Provide guidance to BDRs and align with cross-functional teams to support pipeline.
Maintain CRM data integrity and accurate forecasting.
Develop partnerships with cloud providers (AWS, Google, Azure) to drive growth opportunities.
