Job summary

Neo4j, Inc. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for a West Coast remote role (prefer SF Bay Area or Pacific Northwest). You will drive strategic territory plans, win large enterprise deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

You will lead complex sales cycles, present compelling solutions, and grow key accounts with a Land & Expand approach, while partnering with cloud providers and SIs to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles across data-centric domains.
• Proven ability to independently develop and close new client relationships.
• Deep understanding of commercial open-source business models (on-prem & cloud/SaaS).
• Ability to craft and execute industry-specific sales strategies and messaging.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to build pipeline and hit quarterly/annual sales objectives.
• Deliver compelling demos, presentations, and proposals that articulate business value.
• Position Neo4j offerings against competing technologies to win opportunities.
• Lead complex sales cycles with a Land & Expand approach to grow accounts.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing, securing new logos and expanding within accounts.
• Mentor BDRs and align marketing with target accounts to support pipeline development.
• Maintain CRM data and forecasting accuracy, ensuring data integrity.
• Develop partnerships with public cloud providers (AWS, Google, Microsoft Azure) to drive opportunities.
