Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking a Business Development Director for Advanced Therapies to own growth across the CGT/CDMO network, including West Coast sites. You will drive end-to-end deals from target through signature, leveraging deep CGT knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead strategic region growth, build senior relationships, and shape proposals with Legal, Commercial Solutions, Demand Planning, Marketing, and Market Intelligence to land compliant agreements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior-level business development within biopharma/CDMO.
• Proven ability to close complex, multistakeholder deals.
• Existing network across biopharma and CGT ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-quality CGT/CDMO pipeline.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from R&D to regulatory.
• Shape and negotiate contracts with Legal and Commercial Solutions.
• Represent the brand at conferences and drive targeted opportunities.
