Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness – Rock Hill is seeking a results-driven Assistant Sales & Operations Director to lead the studio alongside the Wellness Director. You will own membership and package sales, guide client care plans, and drive top-line revenue on the studio floor.

You will grow into a Studio Manager role as performance and business needs evolve, while collaborating with ownership and leadership to convert consultations into long-term care plans and maintain exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Health, wellness, fitness, or medical sales experience required.
• Proven, documented success selling multiple products or service lines (memberships, add-ons, programs).
• Strong consultative selling skills; goal- and KPI-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio sales and client experience with Wellness Director.
• Drive memberships, packages, and add-ons; achieve weekly/monthly targets.
• Coach wellness representatives on discovery, recommendations, and closing.
