Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a General Manager to lead a studio, build and coach a high-performing team, and drive business development in a health and wellness retail setting. You’ll shape culture, oversee operations, and guide sales through memberships and services to help guests feel better and live healthier lives.

The role embraces an entrepreneurial environment with opportunities to partner with the community, mentor staff, and ensure a premier store experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher is required or preferred.
• Demonstrated success in sales and business development, especially B2B.
• 3–5 years of management experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Passion for fitness, health, and wellness with a client-focused mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication and data-driven decision making.
• Experience processing payroll and creating staff schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management: set goals, coach, develop, and review staff.
• Oversee onboarding, training, payroll, and compliance for store personnel.
• Guide store operations to ensure safe, engaging guest experiences.
• Drive sales through memberships, packages, and retail while meeting targets.
• Develop local partnerships, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain clear communication with HR and leadership; manage budget goals.
