You will blend client care with operations and sales, ensuring exceptional service while promoting Restore’s therapies and wellness offerings. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and a strong focus on customer success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year in customer service is required.
• 1+ year in sales is required.
• Membership-based sales in health/wellness is preferred.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging studio tours highlighting service benefits.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices.
• Develop customized wellness plans supporting long-term health objectives.
• Achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
