Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Hyper Wellness Representative to be the face of the studio, creating welcoming experiences, guiding tours, and driving sales that support long-term health transformations.

This role blends client care, operations, and membership sales in a busy wellness studio, offering growth opportunities, ongoing training, and access to Restore’s therapies as you help clients look and feel their best.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in customer service experience.
• 1+ year in sales experience.
• Membership-based sales in health/wellness/fitness (preferred).
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided).
• Proven success with membership sales and revenue growth.
• Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging studio tours highlighting the benefits of our services.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices.
• Develop customized wellness plans that support long-term health objectives.
• Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
