Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness - RHWM034 is seeking a General Manager to drive studio performance and lead a high-performing team. You will manage business plans, KPIs, and member growth while upholding brand standards and delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, balance data-driven decision making with authentic relationships, and lead initiatives that grow membership and profitability for a thriving wellness brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of management experience is required.
• Proven track record in sales growth and leading teams.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own studio performance by developing and executing business plans to achieve KPIs, revenue, and profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations focused on client experience and brand standards.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members; provide ongoing training and cross-training.
• Lead the employee lifecycle, including coaching, performance reviews, recognition, and corrective action.
