Restore Hyper Wellness – Rock Hill is seeking a results-driven Assistant Sales & Operations Director to lead the studio alongside the Wellness Director. You’ll manage memberships, packages, and client care plans on the floor, driving top-line revenue through consultative sales and exceptional service.

This role emphasizes leadership, operations oversight, and a clear path to Studio Manager as performance and business needs scale.

Qualifications

• Health, wellness, fitness, or medical sales experience.
• Proven, documented success selling memberships, packages, add-ons, and programs.
• Strong consultative selling skills (not simple order-taking).
• Comfortable with goals, KPIs, and performance-based expectations.
• Light leadership experience (shift lead or similar).
• Desire to grow into management while staying close to the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Own membership and package sales on the studio floor.
• Lead by example as a top producer.
• Grow into Wellness Director or Operations Director as needed.
• Convert consultations into long-term care plans and drive revenue.
• Lead the sales floor and mentor wellness representatives.
• Track and report sales metrics, conversion rates, and engagement.
