Job summary

Rock Walk Fitness, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to partner with the Studio Manager, drive sales, and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will support membership growth, coach the Wellness Advisor team, maintain operational excellence, and serve as manager on duty when the Studio Manager is unavailable.

You will lead sales activities, oversee staff development, ensure clean, welcoming spaces, and align with brand standards while fostering a thriving community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (boutique fitness preferred).
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using CRM and POS systems (ClubReady experience preferred).
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual membership and retail sales goals and contribute to overall studio revenue.
• Coach front desk staff on sales techniques and member experience.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Provide ongoing feedback and accountability; serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Build relationships with members and foster a positive studio culture.
• Support grassroots marketing events and community outreach.
