Restore Hyper Wellness in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking an Assistant General Manager with strong sales and business development skills to support the General Manager and lead store operations. You will drive customer education, deliver exceptional service, and help execute sales campaigns while engaging with local athletes and the wellness community.

You are a health and fitness enthusiast with leadership ability, excellent communication, and a track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and assist GM with staff issues.
• Assist customers with wellness issues related to sports performance, recovery, pain management, and general health.
• Educate customers about Restore’s services and benefits.
• Deliver a superior customer experience.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns and generate leads.
• Engage with local athletes and fitness enthusiasts at events to generate interest in Restore’s services.
• Track store performance and generate reports.
