Job summary

Club Pilates in Holly Springs, NC seeks a Front Desk/Sales Associate to be the first contact for prospective and current members. You will drive membership sales, support retention, and foster a welcoming studio community within Club Pilates and Aligned Fitness Holdings.

This role blends sales, customer service, and operations in a fast-paced wellness environment. You will engage with members, manage inquiries, and help uphold our brand standards at the studio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with email, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.

Responsibilities

• Generate new membership sales through outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building.
• Consult with prospects to understand fitness goals and recommend memberships.
• Schedule and promote Intro Classes to convert prospects into active members.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Document sales activities in ClubReady.
• Greet members and guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Build strong member relationships to boost engagement and retention.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Resolve member concerns or escalate to leadership.
• Support daily studio operations; keep space clean and organized.
• Process account requests (freezes, cancellations, updates).
• Ensure compliance with policies and service standards.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Serve as acting studio leader in the absence of the GM.
• Represent the studio at local events and partnerships.
• Support grassroots marketing to generate leads.
• Act as ambassador for Club Pilates and Aligned Fitness Holdings.
