Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher.
• Strong track record in B2B sales.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Passion for fitness and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management with staff, including setting goals, coaching, and reviews.
• Oversee onboarding, payroll verification, and compliance training.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and productivity standards are followed; monitor staff performance.
• Drive store sales through memberships, packages, and retail; hit targets.
• Maintain local marketing efforts, partnerships, events, and social media presence.
• Represent the Restore brand and organize staff development and member workshops.
