Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy is seeking a General Manager with strong leadership and a knack for business development and sales. The GM will build and coach a team of wellness professionals, train staff, and drive Restore's mission in the health and wellness space.

You will lead customer experiences, oversee payroll and schedules, and engage with local events to grow awareness and referral networks. Strong management and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher required.
• B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Proven management experience of 3–5 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a wellness team to deliver great customer experiences.
• Drive business development and local sales initiatives.
• Represent the Restore brand at community events and partnerships.
• Monitor KPI performance and translate data into action plans.
