Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive team development, sales growth, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced wellness retail setting.

You will support the General Manager in cultivating Restore's culture, train and coach staff, and lead initiatives to enhance store performance, marketing outreach, and community involvement while upholding Restore's wellness mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Proven sales experience with a track record in B2B sales.
• 1–3 years of assistant management or management experience.
• Passionate about fitness and health and wellness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Numbers-driven with ability to set action plans from metrics.
• Supportive leadership style and teamwork.
• Driven to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals.
• Eagerness to help people feel better and live healthier lifestyles.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a team environment with exceptional customer service.
• Lead and motivate staff to maximize productivity and satisfaction.
• Assist in disciplinary actions and provide coaching.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new non-medical staff.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures and store safety.
• Collaborate with GM and regional manager to improve store effectiveness.
• Execute marketing, community outreach, and events planning.
• Meet KPIs including revenue, inventory, payroll, and cost controls.
