Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead a high-energy team and drive growth in the health and wellness retail space. You’ll partner with the General Manager to cultivate Restore’s culture and develop talent across marketing and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher required.
• 1–3 years of management experience.
• Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
• Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Meet KPI targets including revenue, inventory, payroll and costs.
• Plan monthly team meetings and store marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns and community outreach.
• Oversee operations opening/closing and store security.
