Restore Hyper Wellness in Naples, FL seeks a General Manager to lead a studio as a neighborhood wellness destination. You will drive membership growth, manage performance, and coach a team to deliver five-star client experiences.

You'll balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership, building strong community relationships and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence. This role reports to the Operations Manager and offers a base salary plus bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience: 3-5 years of management experience (required).
• Prior experience in health, wellness, fitness, or retail management (preferred).
• Proven track record in sales growth and team leadership.

Aufgaben

• Own studio performance by developing and executing business plans that achieve KPIs, revenue, and profitability goals.
• Monitor trends and apply data-driven decision-making to drive results.
• Manage labor and cost models for operational efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations with a focus on client experience, brand standards, and facility excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational protocols.
• Implement local marketing strategies, community events, and grassroots initiatives to grow awareness and memberships.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
• Provide ongoing training, development, and cross-training to ensure staff expertise across therapies and systems.
• Lead the employee lifecycle, including coaching, performance reviews, recognition, and corrective action when needed.
