You will recruit, train, and manage staff, align operations with corporate standards, and partner with local organizations to grow Restore’s presence in the community.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of management experience.
• Proven track record in B2B sales or health/witness retail is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management and set goals for staff.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and compliance.
• Drive store sales through memberships, packages and retail.
• Develop local partnerships and community outreach.
