Job summary

Base State Longevity Aspen is seeking a Front Desk Lead to deliver warm hospitality and a seamless client experience in a boutique wellness studio in Aspen. You will greet clients, manage inquiries and bookings, and guide new clients through intake processes to ensure personalized service for returning members.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, supporting IV therapy prep, maintaining pristine spaces, and ensuring a smooth hand-off between hospitality and clinical care.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end hospitality, boutique fitness, medical spa, or customer service roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using booking/scheduling/retail software.
• Enthusiastic and proactive team player in a fast-paced studio.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Leadership & Hospitality: greet clients and create a high-end atmosphere.
• Serve as main contact for phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Schedule & Client Management: manage bookings and client flow.
• Guide new clients through intake processes and personalize experiences for returning members.
• Clinical Support: assist nursing staff with IV therapy prep and client comfort.
• Studio Operations & Upkeep: maintain clean, stocked spaces and monitor supplies.
