Job summary

Aspen Meadows Resort invites applications for a Guest Experience Lead (Concierge) to elevate the guest journey through proactive service and personalized arrangements. You will coordinate VIP arrivals, dining reservations, activities, and transportation, partnering with departments to deliver memorable experiences while upholding the highest hospitality standards.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility with schedules including weekends/holidays, and a passion for exceptional guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred in hospitality or related field.
• Experience in guest relations, concierge services, VIP services, and/or service recovery.
• Ability to coordinate VIP arrivals, events, and guest recognition programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience initiatives to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Serve as primary contact for VIP guests and personalized service.
• Proactively engage with guests to exceed expectations during their stay.
• Coordinate service recovery to resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Deliver concierge services: reservations, activities, transportation.
• Collaborate with resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor guest feedback and trends to propose improvements.
• Assist in training team members on hospitality standards.
