The role requires strong communication, service recovery, and organizational skills. A flexible schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support peak guest demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred in hospitality or related field.
• Experience in guest relations, concierge, VIP services, and service recovery is preferred.
• Experience coordinating VIP arrivals, events and guest recognition programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Serve as primary contact for VIP guests and personalized service arrangements.
• Proactively engage with guests to identify opportunities to exceed expectations.
• Coordinate service recovery efforts for timely resolutions.
• Deliver concierge services: dining reservations, activities, transportation, local insights.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across touchpoints.
• Monitor feedback and trends to suggest improvements.
• Develop guest recognition programs and arrival experiences.
• Coordinate VIP and group arrivals and events.
• Assist in training team members on hospitality standards and engagement.
