Job summary

Sleep Number Retail Corporation is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to engage customers in our Naples, FL stores. You will discover customers’ sleep needs, explain Sleep Number products and promotions, and provide personalized service to exceed sales goals.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail or customer-facing roles, strong communication, and comfort with CRM and POS tools. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected, with benefits and career development

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CRM systems or apps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Discover each customer’s sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences.
• Nurture prospective customers through outbound calls and build relationships for repeat and new business.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales training and coaching to sharpen skills.
