Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative to join our retail team and help customers find the right Sleep Number solutions. You’ll deliver personalized experiences, explain product benefits, and drive sales in a fast-paced showroom.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to diverse customer needs and communicate effectively.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
• Experience with CRM/POS systems is a plus.

• Explain product benefits and current promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences to drive satisfaction and sales.
