Stretch Zone in Memphis is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to develop our sales team while helping members feel better, move better, and live better. Bring sales experience and leadership drive; we’ll invest in your growth through comprehensive training and mentorship.

As a day-in-the-life, you open the studio, coach the team, onboard new associates, and lead when the Studio Manager is away, closing with wins and tomorrow's plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role.
• Prior experience supervising or supporting a team.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health, fitness, or wellness!

Responsabilités

• Open the studio, ensure cleanliness and readiness for members.
• Coach and support the team to improve performance.
• Onboard and train new Sales Associates.
• Lead by example when the Studio Manager is off-site.
• Close the studio and recap daily wins.
