Job summary

Stretch Zone is hiring a Lead Sales Associate to manage the studio, drive membership sales, and lead a team of Sales Associates in a fast-paced health and fitness environment.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and promoting our practitioner-assisted stretch program. Training will be provided on our modalities and membership model, with performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales within the studio and maintain sales standards for the team.
• Promote memberships to every guest and maximize conversion.
• Greet customers, schedule appointments, answer calls, and address member concerns.
• Lead and coach Sales Associates, ensuring achievement of daily operations and monthly goals.
• Drive member retention through guided operations, service, and follow-ups.
• Exceed sales goals by demonstrating value of practitioner-assisted stretching and upselling sessions.
