Stretch Zone is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and lead a high-performing team in a busy wellness studio. You’ll greet members, manage schedule, coach sales staff, and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.

You’ll track KPIs, support achieving sales goals, and maintain cleanliness and organization. Regular performance reviews and hands-on training accompany a dynamic, health-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience including cash handling, KPIs, and P&L familiarity.
• Genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
