Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to guide the sales team, mentor staff, and help members feel better, move better, and live better. The role includes coaching, onboarding new associates, and maintaining a high-performance studio environment.

You will lead by example, drive sales, participate in training, and work toward a direct track to higher leadership roles as part of our growth culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role is preferred.
• Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health, fitness, or wellness!

Responsibilities

• Open the studio and ensure space is clean, organized, and ready for members.
• Coach and support the team, monitor performance, and help solve problems.
• Onboard and train new Sales Associates to ensure smooth integration from day one.
• Lead by example or cover for the Studio Manager when off-site to keep the studio running smoothly.
• Close out the day, celebrate wins, and prepare for tomorrow.
