Job summary
Elements Massage Denver West is seeking a Wellness Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional massage experience for every client. You will inform clients about the Wellness Program, enroll them through the sales process, and serve as the front-facing hospitality representative in person and on the phone.
Ideal candidates are dependable, people-oriented, detail-oriented, achievement-driven, and autonomous, with prior retail sales experience and comfort with scheduling
Qualifications
- Follow our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Wellness Program.
- Listen to new and existing clients to understand their needs and build loyalty.
- Provide exceptional hospitality and guide customers through the studio experience.
Responsibilities
- Inform clients about the Wellness Program benefits.
- Follow the sales process to enroll clients.
- Be the first and last face of hospitality, on phone or in-studio.
- Ensure smooth and accurate appointment paperwork and payments.
- Collaborate with Managers and Massage Therapists to keep clients at the center.
- Assist with administrative duties as assigned.
