Qualifications

• Proven SALES process experience to enroll clients in wellness plans.
• Strong listening to understand client needs and respond accordingly.
• Retail/customer service experience in spa-like or service environments preferred.
• Ability to work with scheduling and payments through computer systems.
• Driven to create a positive client experience and team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail sales and customer service for potential clients and current members.
• Inform clients about Elements Wellness Program benefits and enrollment.
• Follow established sales process to enroll clients into Wellness Program.
• Be the first and final face of hospitality, in person or on the phone.
• Ensure client paperwork and payments are accurate and painless.
• Collaborate with Managers, Therapists, and Estheticians to prioritize client experience.
