Job summary

Elements Massage Greenwood Village is seeking a friendly, results‑driven sales associate to promote and sell the Elements Wellness Program, guiding clients through a client‑centered process.

You’ll build lasting relationships, support retention, and ensure a welcoming, professional check‑in and checkout experience while processing payments and scheduling appointments. Morning, evening, and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior in-person sales experience required.
• Strong communication skills with a professional, confident presence.
• Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and support clients with professionalism.
• Customer service experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Comfortable with technology; MindBody experience helpful.
• Availability for mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Elements Wellness Program using a proven, client-centered process.
• Build long-term client relationships and support retention.
• Provide a professional, welcoming experience at check-in and check-out.
• Process payments and appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with clients, therapists, and managers.
• Support internal and external marketing and promotional efforts.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold brand standards.
• Manage and follow up with leads to generate appointments and membership opportunities.
