Qualifications

• Sales experience in fitness, wellness, or service industries.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Organized, goal-driven, and skilled with CRM/scheduling platforms.
• Natural relationship builder with clients new to wellness.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to follow up with leads and book intro stretch appointments.
• Host studio tours and guide first-time clients through their visit with energy and professionalism.
• Close membership and package sales by connecting goals with services.
• Handle objections gracefully and focus on solutions to build trust.
• Promote and upsell retail products and add-on services.
