StretchLab Kennewick is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to be the heartbeat of the studio. Youll greet guests, make initial connections, and drive membership signups, retail sales, and service upgrades with a focus on mobility and wellness.

Youll handle a high-volume outbound call flow, lead engaging studio tours, and maintain a welcoming front desk. The role emphasizes community outreach and collaborative team support to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness, wellness, or service-based sales environments.
• Comfort selling memberships and packages by focusing on value.
• Able to handle objections with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to follow up with leads and book intro sessions.
• Lead studio tours and intro sessions with enthusiasm.
• Sell memberships and packages by highlighting mobility and wellness benefits.
• Overcome objections with empathy and professionalism.
• Promote retail products and upgraded services to enhance client results.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment and manage front-desk tasks.
• Support social media efforts and local community outreach.
