StretchLab is seeking a dynamic Studio/Sales Manager in Midlothian, VA to drive revenue and deliver exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will have proven sales and customer service skills, excellent communication, and a passion for health and wellness.

This full-time role offers a base pay with commissions and opportunities for growth. You will lead sales initiatives, mentor the team, collaborate with the Studio Manager and Flexologists, and help promote services through marketing

Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience, preferably in wellness or fitness.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capability.
• Enthusiasm for health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by executing sales strategies to meet monthly targets.
• Promote StretchLab services; conduct sales consultations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; handle inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and team to enhance client experience.
• Assist in daily studio operations and ensure process consistency.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional events to grow awareness.
