Job summary

StretchLab Seattle is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to be the first impression and energy that keeps the studio thriving. You will convert curiosity into commitment, guide guests through studio tours, and drive membership and package sales while maintaining a welcoming experience.

You will handle outbound calls, manage CRM, and engage with the local wellness community to build partnerships and boost visibility in Seattle.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness, wellness, or service-based sales.
• Ability to close sales and handle objections.
• Comfort with CRM/scheduling platforms and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to follow up with leads and schedule intro sessions.
• Lead studio tours and highlight StretchLab Seattle's unique offerings.
• Close memberships and packages focusing on benefits.
• Upsell retail products and upgraded services.
• Maintain a welcoming guest experience and smooth operations.
• Track leads and sales progress using CRM.
• Represent the brand at local events and engage with the wellness community.
