Job summary

Canyon Ranch is seeking a friendly Retail Associate in Lenox, MA to welcome guests and help them find products that meet their needs. You will deliver warm, personalized service and drive sales on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include handling transactions accurately, keeping displays polished, stocking merchandise, and supporting inventory counts. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay active, and contribute to a positive guest experience across Canyon Ranch locations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a guest-focused environment.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor.
• Demonstrate accurate cash handling and attention to detail when processing transactions.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
• Be comfortable with a flexible schedule and physical duties including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism and assist with product selection.
• Drive retail sales by promoting products and suggesting complementary items.
• Process transactions accurately following cash handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
• Support inventory management with counts and stock organization.
• Provide exceptional guest service on the sales floor throughout the day.
