Canyon Ranch is recruiting for a hospitality‑focused guest services role in Lenox, MA. You will warmly welcome guests, schedule spa and wellness services, manage arrivals, and coordinate with teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires 1–2 years in hospitality or related field, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. Training in reservation systems and tech tools will be provided to support daily operations.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service at the spa and wellness areas.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel services; connect guests with wellness professionals.
• Manage guest arrivals: lockers, facility info, and guest needs.
• Answer calls, handle inquiries, coordinate appointments across departments.
• Process charges for services and retail; maintain records.
• Support spa operations with equipment, lost and found, and daily openings/closings.
