Canyon Ranch is seeking a guest services professional for our Lenox, MA location. You will help guests match their wellness goals with the right services, lectures, and experiences while providing attentive on-site assistance and bookings.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across shifts from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive, growth‑oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and wellness industry preferred; customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and able to manage multiple projects and tasks under pressure.
• Strong communication, listening, and guest‑facing skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Match guest intentions with the ideal combination of services, activities, and lectures.
• Answer calls, conduct one‑on‑one consultations, and book or adjust services.
• Gather, document, and follow up on guest preferences to ensure a personalized experience.
• Stay informed on company offerings through training and collaboration with other department heads.
